  1. How does the return and exchange procedure work?

Fill in the return and exchange form on the back side of the invoice sent to you.

For any questions about return and exchange, you can contact us via e-mail info@brandvet.net . Our representatives will send a courier, who organize delivery of the returned or exchanged product.

To be sure that the return or exchange will pass without any problems, specify a tracking number of your shipment, which is needed to track delivery of the returned or exchanged goods. If the tracking number is not specified, there may be delays in the return and exchange process.

As soon as returned goods got back and accepted by Brandvet, your payment will be refunded within 14 working days.

  1. Which products can I return or exchange?

All goods which are sold in Brandvet can be returned or exchanged within 14 days without any reason. In this case, be sure your return also includes invoice, box, package, brochures and labels without any damages.

Damaged goods by customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. Should I pay for return or exchange goods delivery?

In case of return and first exchange shipment fee is paid by Brandvet. In case of second and next exchange shipment fee is paid by the customer.

  1. How can I follow-up my order return after sending it back?

As soon as we receive your return, there will be sent a SMS-notification to your phone number. You will be paid within 14 working days after the day we’ll get your return.

  1. How and when can I get my payment back?

Payments made by one credit card transaction are being return to a credit card account by the bank. The paid amount is indicated in the first statement of the account.

As soon as paid by cash goods will be returned back, you will be refunded to your bank account. In this case, refund can take up to 14 working days.

The term of credit card payments return depends on the bank conditions and can take up to 14 days.

  1. Returned funds is not reflected in my account. What can I do?

All goods which are sold in Brandvet.net can be exchanged within 14 days without any reason. In this case, be sure your return also includes invoice, stock box, package, brochures and labels without any damages.

Damaged by customer goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, you can contact us via email at info@brandvet.net . You can cancel the order before its sending.

  1. I cancelled my order. Can I get back cargo delivery fee?

All goods which are sold in Brandvet.net online-store are delivered at customers’ expense. That’s why cargo delivery fee cannot be paid back to a customer.

  1. Can I order cancelled product again?

You can create a new order. If product which you want to buy is available in stock.

  1. What will be with my discount voucher in case of order return or cancelling?

Discount voucher can be used again in case of return and cancelling of order which was sent you by mistake or in case of manufacturing defect. If there are not any defects and you want to cancel or return an order, unfortunately your discount voucher cannot be used again.
